How Not to Make a Stupid Decision

We have all done things that we regret. We've all made decisions that have made us wish we could redo some moments in our lives...things that have thrown us into pits before God and people that are hard to get out of. We tend to make these kinds of bad decisions because we are not considering just how our decisions are going to impact those around us and what the ultimate consequence of those decisions will be for ourselves.

In this sermon Pastor Cox begins by asking the congregation what the dumbest decisions are that they have ever made. He then goes on to emphasize the necessity of keeping our eyes on 1. how our choices today will impact tomorrow and 2. the importance of keeping our eyes on the soon return of Christ in order to avoid losing, not only our loved ones, reputations, careers, or lives, but even our souls.

The Poop Sermon

Let's face it, we all find certain things about the church that we attend, well...messy. There are always reasons which we seem to find for wanting to leave whatever church we're in. Often times we just don't want to have to deal with the things that go on there or perhaps the...messes that certain individualsmake at the church that bother us. But this sermon, known by all those in attendance as the beloved "Poop Sermon" was meant to deal with this issue. Let's face it, we all give out some mess, but who is going to clean it up? Pastor Cox deals with this issue by bringing in some...samples...to inspire us to show the world a true example of Christ by bearing with one another in love. Be blessed as you listen in on this message regarding this very delicate and necessary topic.
