Pastor Justin VLOG: 8 Year Old Expelled for Drawing Picture of Jesus

Like Christ we too have to carry a cross

hi Lyndon from Trinidad,

what i would do is definitely use this oppurtunity to teach my child an invaluable lesson about christainity and being like christ, we will have to suffer in some form as Christ did, but also as he got his strength tru pray we will also. it has been foretold in the final events of the earth's history those holding up Christ in his purest form will be cut down but its a small price we pay considering his scarfice. After that i will ask if they want to continue in that school [ its there chioce].

  Thanks Pastor.

I would defend my kid all

I would defend my kid all the way.  But I would also explain to my kid

that Jesus said that those who follow him would be persecuted.  The bible says'

Blessed are you when they revile you and persecute you and say all kinds of evil against you falsely in my name.  No one likes persecution, but we must remember that Christ himself suffered and He is with us all the way through our sufferings.

As a believer of Jesus

As a believer of Jesus Christ,

I feel sorry for those people that was so offended or scared to see the picture the 8 year old drew. The reason i feel bad for them is because they don't know who Jesus really is and what His purpose was for. Christmas all about Jesus, if it wasn't...then we wouldn't have a savior to pay for our sins. The young boy is very special and talented to think of Jesus in that way and to want to demonstrate that to others! He is blessed! If i had a child and they drew Jesus on the cross for Christmas and was expelled i would be so proud of him/her and would support their spirituality! I would question the school's morals and beliefs. It might not be a battle for me to handle, but i would let them know how i feel and get an apology from them to my child!! The father should explain to the child that what he did was okay and that when you do things that glorify God...opposition is always around the corner waiting to attack...the adversary doesn't want us to spread the Truth!!! But that is when "Anomlay" comes in...that child sticks out like a sore thumb and is very unique!!! In my opinion...everyone needs to pray for that school and the administration, also the souls that feared what the child drew....a child of God does not fear, but Loves...

God Bless, Ashley

Unbelievable

I am angered, outraged, about this. They persucute us tell us that God has no place in our schools and they let muslims pray during school hours. They give them a room to pray. They take our Bibles away. They say we're intolerant. I can't believe this. The message of the cross is so offensive to those in love with their sin and the world.

Angry

If my child got suspended from school for drawin Jesus on the

cross i will sue the school because my kid did not have it in

mind to offend anybody..it was christmas and he draw what it

was baout. peolpe fail to realize that christmas is not about

lights and presents. its about the day our savior was born nad

why he was born. its terrible that this country accepts death and

rejects eternal life...

Wow! That's craaaazy! I love

Wow! That's craaaazy! I love it tho. This kid is doing what most of us today are too scared or ashamed or too busy to do.  Get the message out there.  So often people preach only about Jesus bein born on Christmas and coming down to earth but they fail to finish the message... The Cross! The ressurection! If seein Jesus on the cross is that offensive than clearly puttin urself there is gonna be unheard of as well. If you want the ressurrected Christ, u gotta see the crucified one first.  Its what it's all about. I'm takin my kid out for ice cream and celebratin the persecution while explaining what it means to live for Christ.  Then, I'm taking a stand at the school, gettin the news involved, newspapers, local businesses, yes, an apology would be nice, but just the chance to preach the truth to an obviously misguided school system would be a blessing.  The more the news got out to the city, the state, maybe even the nation, the better.  Just more opportunity to share the Gospel.  All the while my kid is learning first hand what it is to Go and Preach the Word.

Wow! If this happen to my

Wow! If this happen to my kid I would praise God for using Him!
